The company started in 1934 as a family type operation dealing with imported monel metal and stainless steel. After World War II, we have conducted business activities with a focus on handling rare metals as auxiliary feedstock.

Rare metals, as its name suggests, refer to metals with low-yield globally and high social demand. In Japan, which is not a resource-rich country, we have performed business activities with a focus on the handling of production scraps, especially those from manufacturers, among rare metals, and have accumulated know-how.
At the present day, rare metals have become indispensable as industrial equipment and electronic equipment have become smaller and more sophisticated. On the other hand, underground resources have limit, and in some cases, some metals are discarded after use.

Looking to the future of rare metals, we promote the effective use of limited resources through processing, buying and selling metals that can be reused.
